WI vs RSA ODI Match 1 Prediction Tri-Series 2016:

First talking to the home team west Indies. The team has been in great form in the shortest format of the game as the team won  the T20 world cup played in March-April but their ODI skills are exactly opposite to that and the other two teams know that. Also, the selectors have not selected the stars of T20 world cup Gayle and Bravo which is already a setback for the team as they have performed quite well in IPL. Both the players have openly criticised the decision but this has had no effect on the selectors. Though they have selected some good domestic players but a team cannot compete against world class teams like south Africa and Australia riding on domestic players. So surely they will be under performance pressure and the first match of the series will give us enough evidence about the preparation of the team for this Tri series. We can expect the combination of 7 batsmen and 4 bowlers as this team has many players who can contribute in both departments of the game.

WI vs RSA Match 1 Prediction Tri-Series 2016

The next team is the South African team who last played an ODI in February against England on their home soil. They won the series but now the players are in T20 mood as they have just played IPL that followed T20 world cup. The players have to tighten up their screws according to this format as this format needs the lot of hard work. The team success will depend on upon ABD, De Kock, and Amla as these three batsmen have the responsibility to lay a strong foundation in the starting point only. Surely if any of these three fires than we can expect nothing less than 250 on the board. The team will be expecting a big show from Chris Morris who recently had a good IPL with the bat too. So surely the team will be looking to cash on the talented players and have strong and upper hand upon the host team.

We may see spinners dominating the game as the coach of Australia team indicated that pitch is a spinner friendly surface. South Africa will win the match.
